Patmos island can be reached by sea but also by flying to a nearby island and then catching a small boat to Patmos.
THERE IS NO AIR SERVICE TO Patmos. You may however fly to the islands of Leros, Kos, Samos or Rhodes. During the summer months there is regular HYDROFOIL SERVICE between Kos/Rhodes to Patmos.
